								Chilensis Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Curico & Maule Valleys 15% french, 5% american oak Fermentation:  8-15 days on skins, fermented in stainless steel. Pressed dry, full MLF. Winemaker's tasting note Deep ruby colour, with purplish rim, intense dark fruit nose of mulberries, and cinnamon, hints of green pepper. Plate is firm and full bodied, with oak in the background. Winemaker's serving suggestion   Lamb chops, chilli with meat, foie gras.
