Cold stable. 50% aged for 12 months in french and american barrels 60% new, 40% 1 yr Macerated 10-21 days with skins, fermented at 28-30* C with regular maceration. Free-run wine only collected, all pressings separated. winemaker's tasting note Deep ruby colour. rich nose of dark forests fruits and smokey oak. Palate rich and complex with bright blackberry, cedar and smokey flavours. Tannins are firm but mature. Finishes long and clean. |
