Tasting Notes
This Non Vintage Sparkling wine is made predominantly
from Shiraz and Cabernet, with fruit sourced from
Padthaway in South Australia. The wine has been aged
in 2 to 3 year barrel to add to its lush and intense
character. Delicious sweet red and black fruits are
made all the more seductive by the "sparkle". A wine
for all festive events, a wine to serve as an aperitif
with rich and flavorsome meatballs. The ultimate is to
accompany a Thanksgiving Dinner with Turkey and
Cranberries. Food for thought.

Vale, Adelaide Hills, & Mornington Peninsula.
Hill of Content was born out of my desire to create
interesting Region specific wines at a price that allows
for “liberal” consumption. The name translates as “Hill
of Happiness”, referring to a state of mind rather than
geographic place. I hoped it would also be my own little
way of seeking revenge against those “anonymous”
glass pour wines that I am sure you to have tried and
been disappointed by......you know wines that are red
or white, contain alcohol, but you would hardly strike
up a conversation about. You be the judge if I have
succeeded.
