grape varieties: 100% merlot

region(s): Curic & San Rafael

oak: Aged for 14 months in french and american barrels.

fermentation: Macerated 10-21 days with skins, fermented at 28-30C
with regular maceration. Free-run wine only collected,  all
pressings separated.

winemaker's tasting note: Mid ruby colour. the nose is bright and
concentrated with juicy red fruit  aromas. The palate is warm and
full of sweet fruti with underlying green pepper flavours.

VIA will NEVER try to sell you a Saubernet Blauvignon (a scientific term for Sauvignon Blanc made in
Cabernet Sauvignon country).
