The Viognier is fermented in new french barrels aged 4 months in oak, the
Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks with out any oak aging.

Bright peach and apricot aromas. subtle hint of fine grained oak. Palate is rich and
mouthfilling with a crisp balancing acidity. flavors are of melon, peach and green
apple.
